Our Cinema Outing Experience
A Day of Cinema, Conversation, and Comfort
Every member of The Cinema Social Club should have an unforgettable experience from the minute they leave their house until they return feeling content and satisfied. This is what a normal day in our company entails:
Morning Pick-Up
Between 8:30 and 9:00 AM, your cinematic journey gets underway. We will come to your home in a cosy sedan, minivan, or minibus, depending on how many people are travelling with us that day. Enjoy the ride to the nearby theatre while you kick back and unwind.
Easy Movie Experience
Your tickets have already been handled by us when you get to the theatre. No waiting in lines, no fuss. We make sure there's always something interesting to watch by selecting a wide variety of movies to suit everyone's tastes.
Post-Movie Café Get-Together
We'll head to a local café where a table will be waiting for us after the film. This is where the power of interpersonal relationships really manifests. You will be able to socialise and converse with other club members while you enjoy your preferred tea or coffee along with delectable goodies like nibbles or doughnuts.
Engaging Activities
To make the post-movie experience even more enjoyable, we arrange movie quizzes and games. These enjoyable exercises are ideal for breaking the ice and getting to know people in a casual, welcoming environment.
Safe Return Home
We then board the transportation set for us on the day to take you back home after our café visit, making sure your day with us ends as smoothly as it began.

What Package Does This Outing Take Funds Out Of?
The Cinema Social Club falls under the Home Care Package. We provide social and community access support. The cost covers the transport and support worker's time. Please note that the movie ticket, food, and drink are not included in these fees; these are costs associated with running The Cinema Social Club. All billing through the Home Care Package will be specifically for transportation and the time of the support worker. If you do not have a Home Care Package do feel free to inquire to see if we can accommodate you.

Shane is just so calm kind caring.Very trustworthy. He has similar interests to me tv shows, movies, console games. Liked hearing about his experiences from previous jobs his done and travels. Felt comfortable and easy to open up to him about stuff. I liked that had someone to talk to and that didn't judge and always positive and friendly. I'd like to see him again. Never felt pressured to do anything, he did try to encourage me to calm down and relax and gave me distraction from my worries. Many suggestions about activities, think he said he had a chess set. That's something different. Cool guy!!!
